You'll Need:
1 tbsp. fresh giner root, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 pounds salmon fillets, sliced or cuted into bite-sized pieces, or leave whole if you prefer.
1/4 cup water
Procedures :
To 1/4 cup water add ginger root, garlic, onion, sugar and soy sauce. Stir to make sauce. Place fish in a single layer in glass casserole dish. Pour sauce over fish, marinate 1-2 hours or overnight. Cook as fillets if desired. If cubed place on bamboo skewers, alternating with green peper and onion pieces. cook by your favorite method following cooking times for fish.
