Procedures :
Peel and cube potatos. Crush and peel garlic. Cook potatoes,
spinach, and garlic with about 1/2 cup water for about 15
minutes over high heat, or until potatos are soft. Dump it
all in a food processor and process until very mushy.
For baby food: I usually freeze in ice-cube trays overnight,
then pop out cubes and store in another container in the
freezer.
This is really delicious! I ended up eating more than the
baby yesterday.
