Procedures :
Chop garlic, onions, mushrooms, green onions.
Put tofu and soymilk in blender and blend to desired
sauce consistency, adding soymilk as you go.
Heat oil in pot. Sautee garlic and onions until
translucent.
Add mushrooms and continue stirring.
Add fresh basil leaves and stir in.
Pour sauce into mushroom mixture and continue
simmering.
Boil pasta and drain.
To serve:
Put pasta in bowls or pasta dishes and top with
mushroom mixture. Top with chopped green onion.
