• 1 and 1/2 blocks of tofu
  
• I bunch parsley
  
• 3 cloves of garlic (more to taste)
  
• 1/2 cup filtered water
  
• 1/4 cup tamari
  
• 1/8 cup lemon juice
  
• salt and pepper if desired
  

Procedures :

blend ingrediants in a blender...add water if needed to make a smooth consistancy

use this dressing on salads, vegetables, or grains!
