Procedures :
Melt margarine in small saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour, stirring with a whisk.
Dissolve bouillon in the hot water; gradually add to
flour/margarine mixture, stirring until blended.
Cook 5 minutes over medium-high heat or until thick,
stirring constantly.
Note: This is great with Shepherd's Pie or on mashed
potatoes, even the meat-eaters in my family like it!
Serves: 1 cup
