Afghani-Inspired Delight
A friend of mine makes this and I
really enjoy it, its so easy! It
reminds me of some dishes I've had at
Afghani restaurants (hence the name).

Asparagus and Bok Choy Stir-fry
Simply boil the aspargus. When its done boiling, drain and
let sit while you start to cook yaki-soba in a frying pan.

Awesome Spicy Tofu Stirfry
Freeze tofu. Thaw tofu and drain as much water
as possible. Cut tofu into 1/4-1/2 in cubes.

Awesome Veggie Stir Fry
Turn wok on lowest setting. Add 1 tablespoon
of oil and spread around wok. Add minced
garlic, onions and carrot.

Basic Vegetable Stir Fry
Wash and cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces. Saute garlic in water,
or a lightly sprayed wok or pot. Add 6 tablespoons of water to softened
